Teamspeak issues

Many people have problems joining our teamspeak. Enough that I know they are not just mistyping. Essentially, they put in the info (with and/or without port), and then try to join. For the ones with problems, it just gives the default cannot join message. Then, the same person tries again a couple hours or a day later and gets in just fine. I remember with our old server there was something weird about security threshold or something.

Anyways it's caused quite the problems with at least 10 people, that I knew I needed to bring it up.

There is a minimum security level, but it's generated within seconds. It used to be higher, but that was because I didn't know it required that to join (and thus took longer to join). It only happens once. So after they've finished upgrading their security, they never have to do it again (unless they want to).

I think the current policy is reasonable. Ask them to be more patient and complete the security process which takes just a few seconds (literally) of their time. And then they'll never have to worry about it again.

Im pretty sure nothing pops up like it used to. It just literally tells them cannot connect. can u make sure the pop up is working as intended?

edit: and it has happened to the same player multiple times.(over a week+ in time)

I'll try to match logs if you can give me a specific time and more detailed information. Otherwise there isn't much I can do to help.

For now I will clear any server firewall bans to see if that helps.
