Not handled very well by the mods tbh, you should just dish out the !warns for rec and noob system abuse, I aint bothered about the 'racism' that much though, I skimmed through it, and it'd take a lot of effort to work out how to deal with that, and tbh I skimmed through and there's not much thats too serious in there.

Anyways, most of those got !kicked by me anyway, they seemed to be part of a big group of assholes.

I would appreciate it if another mod could go through the logs and post !slogs of the people I dealt with so that everyone can get a general idea, but I really need to go. I'll be back tomorrow when I'll post some videos if they're needed.

Some of our clan members did behave VERY bad in another public server (TSUgaming in this case).

Everyone understands that this behaviour isn't tolerated in any way.
Anyone doing this on the BlackIntel server would be banned for this.

On these logs the administration and clan management made the following decision:
Bmw133
- Permanently banned from the clan and the server (this also includes Ventrilo).
This fact combined with the potential cheating incident makes us unable to support you in any way here.

SGTshakky
- Moderator rights revoked
- 1 month banned (ban includes Ventrilo)
Shakky, you are the one most directly linked to our server, you are a server moderator and I am sure you would have banned someone who behaved like this on the BlackIntel server. With a status comes responsibility.

AngelBoy / Diam0nd
- 1 month banned (ban includes Ventrilo)

godofcave
- Warning
You didn't go too far in the conversation, but you are still guilty. Consider yourself warned and NEVER do such things again!

Siggy
- Warning
Same as for godofcave, with one notice

Do NEVER bring BlackIntel into anything you do, and don't advertise at other servers.

I think this is pretty clear
All the admins, together with Stanlyspy and me (Trace) agreed on these things.
You guys know you screwed it up. You trashed the name of the BlackIntel clan.

For everyone else:
BI behaviour rules do count on other servers as well
To quote from the Clanrules you all agreed to when joining:

Clan Core Rule: Respect; Always have respect for people, either it are clan leaders, admins, moderators or just guests joining once. The only exception is people who don't want respect, but only want to empty the server or annoy everyone.

Another time,
NEVER disrespect any people, not in the clan, not in the BlackIntel server and not on any other server.
NEVER talk in a racist way
NEVER disrespect the moderators nor anyone else on another server, remember you are a GUEST there.
NEVER screw up another server (by only talking/doing rubbish)
AND NEVER EVER associate BlackIntel with any of your actions, especially not when you are behaving bad!

This decisions make everyone sad, but they have to be made.
Let it be clear that we don't tolerate this kind of behaviour.

I hope you will respect our decisions and see what you did wrong.
