That's right! The server is now playable by everyone!
If you're familiar with this World of Warcraft Private Server scene, you know the most of the information: You need World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade v2.3.0 to play!
Make an account at http://wow.tsugaming.com/ and wait at most 5 minutes before your account is confirmed.
The realm list is logon.tsugaming.com.
If you need a more detailed guide, here's one made by Nelson:

7) Run wow.exe and log in with the username and password you registered in step 5.
8) When the realm selection screen appears, press accept.
From here on it's the same as playing normal World of Warcraft.

i downloaded the wow client, and then i patched it up till i could play in the actual game -not private servers...
Now i am downloading the burning crusade... is there going to be a problem with this???
(also i downloaded the BC through the link there...its apparently going to take more than 24 hours... um is there a faster way, and how would i make it faster? i have no programs running and downloading at average 30 kb/sec and i am currently at 256 out of 2060 mb there and been downloading for about 2 and half hours from now so... ya its going kinda slow

If you don't have a fast connection, you can either (1) hope to find a stable torrent (2) suck it up and go buy it at the store (so that you can just install it off a CD). If you want to remain completely free you just have to suck it up and do the large download. The file server that hosts these files has a better download rate than ours, so there's no point in us trying to host the files.
meh i'll suck it up ok so lets see.... 19% in about 3 hours and 45 minutes... soooooo 1/.19=5.3 and 5.3 times 45 minutes 238.5 minutes which equals about 4 hours and then 5.3 times 3 hours equals about 16 hours so 4 plus 16 equals 20 hours left roughly. Now... its about 7:50 PM here so that means it should be done around 4:00 PM tomorrow??? hopefully all works well cuz this will be about when i get home i'll edit tomorrow to let everyone know how close my predictions were

Internode works nicely in Australia. I can max out my connection with that link.
However, if anyone has download links on servers in America with decent connections PM me and I'll add them to the list.
