I am [dis]pleased to announce the addition of a new rank entitled: DUNCE.

The rank appears as follows:

DUNCE


From now on, anyone that is caught cheating, lying, or "being bad" will get to wear the almighty DUNCE hat. If you're a real loser, you get to keep it on permanently. This will let other people know that you're an idiot so they can laugh at you.

Also, your avatar rights are removed while wearing the hat - to make room for the image.
