We'll see how things play out. DUNCE is reserved for people that knowingly do something foolish or detrimental to this community. Though Hawk has definitely left a small scratch by being responsible for our loss of 07, it wasn't entirely and soley his fault (IccyTouch had a part in the decision process) and it hasn't been used to compete with TsuGaming (at least not yet). So, I'll watch this situation and see how things play out.
And to answer someone's previous question: The DUNCE rank is used to punish anyone caught doing something really bad. It's our way of publicly humiliating you and letting everyone know that you're a "bad boy" (or 'bad girl'). After you've endured your punishment we consider forgiving you and helping make you better.
It's kinda like putting a child in the corner for a "time out". They sit there, think about what they've done wrong, we scold them ... and then hopefully they realize what they've done wrong.
I never wanted to build a discipline system into the site, but after dealing with so many immature people I felt I had no choice. Plus I realized that most of the people that use this site are going to be under 18 years old which means there is going to be a high risk of immaturity.
