NightRegulator Version 0.3.5 BETA 8h Download

When i download the o.3.5 BETA 8h version of night regulator the icon above the name of the shortcut just looks like a regular word document would. I realized that most have a gray X and i think that has something to do with the problem i am having. When i try to open the program the comp asks me what program i want to open it under. Som1 plz help!!
