ye it would let me depro him at admin, i think it was just at owner

btw it did !depro him on !fds which i should of said

I dont think that you can depro someone on same mod level.. What level were you depro from.

i was owner in irc deproing same level ingame, i thought owner could depro anyone before =/

you can depro anyone thats not the same level as you (or higher level).
