It is important for Facebook users to understand privacy concerns associated with adding complete strangers to your Facebook account as "Friends".

Many games require (or reward) players who have a lot of friends that play, and for this reason people add complete strangers by spamming "add me!". If done properly, this isn't a huge deal. But if done improperly, complete strangers can access your personal information - which can be abused or even embarrassing to you.

This is why I have a group called 'Games Only' which is explicitly denied access to everything on my Facebook profile, my photo albums, my wall etc etc. Anyone I add just for games goes into the group and is auto-blocked from everything.

Although at the moment I am not playing an FB games so I don't have anyone in the group (I delete any of them only associated with games I no longer play)

Yup. I do the same. I plan on putting a tutorial in here on how to do that for people who aren't very good with Facebook privacy settings.
