Draw up a new list and try to comply with the new deadline. I don't mind a loss (not a very balanced tournament, anyway) - but there is no reason to forfeit. Even if we lose it will be one of the better games played in the last year of Renegade. These public server games are a joke.

I would have to insist that we have at least 3 or 4 (minimum) clanwars.cc players with us for this game so that it stays somewhat balanced. I'll play. I'd like Soapy (reb) to play. Jamie and Moby will still play, hopefully. Dan#GW should reconfirm. As for our regulars, I'd like to see Nightma12 and Scorpio playing since they're senior staff here. As for the rest: I don't know you that well so if your name isn't on the NEW list then make sure we know you want to play.

Stay on top of this ... daily ... until the game date. No excuses!

As far as I'm concerned this is ultimately Nightma12's responsibility. He's the FPS Director which is overseeing Renegade atm.

So you two need to be working together to put together a team that will (1) show up (2) have enough skill to work as a team and potentially win a match against an organized opponent.

This is great. Yesterday was when I was at a youth thingy, next Saturday I have an all-day comp just like Dagun! Wonder if it's at the same place

Well at one point we did have a team, then school started and now half our team is gone. It's nearly the same case with all of the other communities, over half couldn't get their teams, and now liquid is saying he doesn't even know if Jelly can get a team. This is just bad planning on the organizer's part.

While I agree there are a lot of issues with this tournament, we can't criticize it fairly after it has already started.

We all knew that this would be taking place after school started. So why sign up if you weren't sure that you could be there? That is the more responsible answer (instead of blaming the tournament organizers).

Just stop complaining about the logistics and get a team together so we can be ready. If it turns out that Jelly isn't ready next week then it'll be up to the organizers to determine where it goes from there. Our only responsibility is preparing a team. Our only concern is for our community. Let the other communities and the organizers worry about the other details.
