does any one know why i cant get my fraps vidios to upload on post?

the forums have a limit of 50 mb on attachments, youll need to cut it or convert it: Frap Tutorial

or do as i do upload at www.tinypic.com upload the video and post the link that says for forums its easier i think no buffering either
