No bullet holes

Ok, so when I play on CCTF, wherever I shoot, I don't leave bullet holes. I saw ppl's ss, and figured out that other people leave bullet holes. Is there a way to fix this? I don't know if it's only on CCTF, I haven't really noticed it on other servers, but I'll take a look.

go into the rene config and turn the graphics up, but your fps will suffer

They always worked before, they stopped working a few months ago, I never changed the graphics.

when you were cleaning up your data folder you deleted a file that enabled bullet holes. i did that once too by mistake. reinstall ren and don't test-run cheats

I never deleted anything out of my data folder...

No sure but....controls/damage/..make sure damage indicator box is checked
