You always need proof of someone cheating without even so much as !qkick.
I could see if he refused a test, but he didn't, you didn't even post the video for review. AFTER it's reviewed and is proven dirty THEN take action. You should know this by now.

A new server doesn't mean a new way of doing things.

EDIT: Before you go into any server, post the proof.

not to go against you scorpio, but to let someone blatantly cheat while u spend an hour converting and uploading video, while hes in there raping and pissing off players is much worse then banning the guy before actually posting the proof.

This may be a bad way to look at it. But it was a WELL KNOWN fact on clanwars.cc that GUW was abusing the shift key alot.

SO between velocity and RGH im sure GUW hasnt backed off any.

To let a cheater run rampant in the server is alot worse then to eliminating the problem if its blatantly obvious, atleast it shows otehr wplayers that we dont tolerate it and will do what it takes to keep the game fair.

But video would be nice to see.

i've been uploading this video for the past three hours. idk wtf is wrong with it but its not working. and yes i converted it first. the guy was blatantly abusing it. i think the fraps shows 4 kills that were cheats. if someone gets on msn ill try to send it to them for them to post.

Next time nate... !gkick him for a couple games, gives you time to get your proof together.. .I'm hoping this was 100% blatant cheating, if it wasn't just go ahead and ask for the test so that he leaves or he has to go post his pictures... in the mean time you can compress vids.

actually tbh RGH is very common with neck shots. 2 out of 5 shots are usually neck shots.

GUW was suspected of cheating, when I say suspected I use that term very heavily as in we all knew it just couldnt prove it.

either RGH or ROF, and considering it was a single shot it would be an RGH neck shot.

ROF would of showed an extremely fast drop, not instant.

kinda like instead of normal
shot.............shot..............shot = Regular ROF
shot..shot..shot = ROF cheat
