Xoo0oo0ooX refusal to test

I played for a while with this guy, and suspected something immediately, eventually Redball45 joined and i told him to watch him.. after a while we were sure he was cheating, Redball asked him for a test, he tried to argue a little while saying something like "I no cheat, I play fair" Eventually he wound up leaving, then rejoined the next map.. Redball had the idea to !warn him 4 times to get him out immediately, I agreed. I have 4 fraps vids that should prove useful (i only have the demo lol) but I need someone to format them or whatever it's called.. get me on msn, if you know how & i'll send them to whomever. Or if someone wants to instruct me on what to do, that'll work too so i wont always be dependent on someone else.. I'll post the vids when they work either way..

here's the only one i have that looks suspicious.. but this was happening all the time. I know this by itself isn't enough to convict someone, just a demo of what was happening all the time

the other three videos is him being told to test and leaving, Redball posted the logs already, I dont think the other fraps are necessary, but if for some reason someone wants to see them, lemme know, I have them..

he can appeal in a test refusal situation? -_- are we supposed to tell them that? If we are I didnt know & therefore didn't tell him.
