Obviously I don't know the context of all this but I'm guessing that K1LLA, you must have done something in the first place to make Ruiner think that you were mofir3, then done something else to make him just !kick you. If either of you are going to keep this discussion going then you need to grab some logs, but forgetting about it is probably a wiser move.

I would like to know why.....

1. ... a half mod can ban someone, but can't check their IP. Half mods shouldn't be able to ban, but they should be able to check IPs. (full mods can do !search_ip and !search_name, but not half mods).
2. ... someone was banned (even if it was a temp ban) if there was no legitimate reason to ban? Suspecting that someone is a banned player without any proof is not good enough for a half mod. There has to be solid proof that they're ban evading, or they have to have violated a rule which entitles them to the ban.
3. ... a moderator who is representing the server is antagonizing the player who is reporting a problem. I understand you two are mad at eachother, but there is a level of professionalism expected here - so you need to suck it up a bit more so that when the facts come out you can say "I've done everything right".
4. ... a player who wants to be unbanned (or has a complaint) is threatening to DDoS as well as antagonizing the moderator who he felt abused him.

Leave it to me to make a bigger deal out of things that they're worth ... but that's my job. As you can see, there is a lot more than a simple "I was kicked for no reason" issue here. And unless I make a big deal out of it and set an example now, it will just keep happening.

Half mods have never been allowed to look up IPs, and full mods have never been able to do !search_ip.

I'm planning on talking to Ruiner later tonight when he comes online, to get his side of the argument and to talk to him about his use of the !kick command.

I find it hard to believe that Ruiner would just suddenly decide that someone is mofir3 and kick them for it, there must be more to the story than we can see.

You're right, I've appointed someone else to be in charge of the Renegade section. But I'm in charge of the person who is in charge of the Renegade section, who is in charge of the admins, who are in charge of you. So if authority comes down from the top of the chain ... whenever the f*ck I feel like it ... then you'll respect my decision.

If you don't give a f*ck then you shouldn't be a mod here. We only want people who give a f*ck. I appreciate your efforts, but your bipolar personality has grown irritating over the years. As long as things go your way, you're friends with everyone - but the second a figure of authority disagrees with you, you go all rogue and try to play it off as a tough guy. As a person, you're a pretty cool guy and I have no problems with you - but as a moderator and gamer in my community you need to respect me and those below me more. I've done nothing to deserve any less than that.

All of that being said ... I asked the Admins to handle this because I'm very busy with other things (as they know) and I'm trying to let them have a more hands-on experience with these sorts of things. But when someone disrespects me, as I feel you have Ruiner, I'm going to say what's on my mind.

At this point I would like to hear back from K1LL4 to hear more from his side of the story. Otherwise, the kick stays (if it was removed, replace it - so that he comes here to talk like we've asked him to). All I'm asking for are truthful adults.

I dont have a problem with anyone who has authority tbh. Ive come to you on countless things when it comes to severs, people and forums in reguards to ren and its always been the same thing, talk to an admin or lee so you coming in now just doesnt make sense. yes you're in charge blah blah blah, I should respect you and whatnot and ask around, ive given you 300 times less sh*t then I have any other community owner cause I do respect so shut it b*tch.
