The prize is auto-approval. Meaning he can't be denied. So give him his half-mod.

HOWEVER, he still has to follow our rules and guidelines (ie. no abuse) or he can have it removed on Day1.

So make sure he gets added to the proper forum group as well so that he knows how to conduct proper tests and can keep up to date with moderator news.
