Lol flood you complain about lag. My ss's show 480 ping and i play through it.

My internet is great. It's just my LAN (the wiring inside the house) is terrible. I get a near perfect ping (usually below 90) and my FPS are stable. It's just that I'm on wireless with encryption - and its a weak signal - so every once and awhile (like right now) it drops to 1 or 2 bars which makes me warp (not lag).

Switch to cable.

DSL is normally pretty shitty unless you live right next door to a telephone company central office. DSL is distance-sensitive, so the further you live, the less speed they can give you. And most telephone wires can't support speeds over 6Mbps even if you lived next door to the TeleCo because of noise margins. Cable averages about 20+ Mbps in most U.S. locations these days. And even though it's shared bandwidth, most people aren't using it for gamers or big downloads like we all would ... so they don't use a lot of that 20Mbps. You can have 18 and they'll be happy with 2.
