GG n00bstories.com
Re: GG n00bstories.com
lol didn't even see this topic, congratulations, you have different games where the teams are stacked a certain way, this seems to be the occasion for this game, not really anything to brag about, i could do the same thing in TSU and make this topic on n00bstories if you'd like? just kidding, i wouldn't stoop to that level because public servers don't really get me that excited, i happen to think n00bstories as a whole for being a public server has the highest amount of skill distributed evenly across multiple players, instead of like 3 and then a bunch of drool faced noobs.
congratulations Fires, hope this made your day.

Re: GG n00bstories.com
We joined the server with the goal of taking the top 4 spots. We accomplished that goal in less than 1 full map, on the first try. That's all we were doing. It wasn't hard at all.
I don't think anyone was declaring that we're superior than every player there, but the skill level was nothing spectacular either. Our guys are good on pub standards.
Not lookin to start fights. These guys are pretty cool here.

Re: GG n00bstories.com
definitely worthy of a topic titled GG n00bstories then.
Re: GG n00bstories.com
I didn't create it, Fires did. But, yeah, even so - it was pretty easy. And I think the reason Fires made a topic out of it is because of all the drama while we were there. The Stone bit I can understand now. But there were people doing flaming apcs, kicking me to steal my light tank, and arguing over the dumbest things.
I'm not going to argue this point anymore, though, cuz it honestly doesn't matter to me. I personally feel that the game was easy ... Fires made a topic saying "gg n00bstories" because we quickly and effortlessly took the top 4 spots in our first game ... really not a big deal. If n00bstories had an organized community clan like we do and came on our server and did the same thing, (1) I wouldn't care (2) I'd probably take the time to smack my guys aroud to ask them why they weren't on top of their game. To be fair, Jelly wasn't much better. In fact, I'd say N00bstories was more challenging than Jelly was.
Anyway, I'm not trying to start any beef before I leave. Good games, and I know Crimson runs a decent server. So best of luck to you guys and thank you for the info on Stone. Moving on.

Re: GG n00bstories.com
We do not have a "community clan" per se, but we do have a bunch of people, and we like to play community wars - if you guys are ever interested, leave a post on our forums, we'll make time.
I think we're playing UnRules next.
If you're ever interested, and I know-a group of four organized players on teamspeak will always get the top four spots in a public server if they try, that's really why I'm not too impressed.
I'm pretty sure me and 3 other guys could do that here without anyone being aware and then make a topic about it.
Heh...but seriously, stop by www.n00bstories.com/forums sometime and we can set up a community match.

Re: GG n00bstories.com
Just wanted to say, yes, your team of Tsu were pretty skillful with the arties. Nod was dying horribly before you guys showed up. However, I wanted to clarify a couple of things.
n00bstories is a public server made up of random players, many of whom have played there for years (including myself). At any time if 3 or more players actually work together to do something (say arts and repairs), you will almost always win. I've seen it countless times where a select few players will organize anything and the other team is thrown way off guard by the sudden change in random free for all play style from the other team.
My apc that was loaded with remotes was not intended to be a flaming apc. According to our server rules, remotes on an apc is fine (though timers are not). I placed them there to destroy my apc after I got to GDI base. Your Tsu crew just happened to be in the way of the NOD base entry occupying my entry point. Knowing that my apc has no chance against 3 or 4 artillery, I decided to try to ram one of you and blow you up too. This would have worked, but your guys were obviously somewhat "instantly" organized over the normal randomness that your team was just doing, so I had little choice and chance.
The general server rules are many so we don't have them in game. I don't think that's fair that you show up on our server and then call out foul when you weren't aware of them. We have some general rules messaged to everyone on random intervals with things like "no ref hopping" "flaming apcs are no longer allowed (with timers)", stuff like that. Our complete AOW rules are here: http://www.n00bstories.com/server_AOW.php
I'm sure if you want in on a community match vs n00bstories then we could find a common set of players and throw on a good game? This way we all know ahead of time to get organized. I'd have to see whoever is doing those these days since I'm a little out of the loop with that.
At any rate, as for what happened...
TsuSt0ne I think !n00bed me for flaming apc after that. I believe it missed the intended apc anyways, so I meant to !qkick him for learning our server rules. I accidentally typed !qkick tsul and got you instead. Your light tank that was stolen was a total accident and I tried to destroy your unjustly stolen tank from the website, but I couldn't for whatever reason. I also apologized to you a couple of times for my mistake.
Hope this helps.

Re: GG n00bstories.com
No, it wasn't a crack at TSU in the slightest, I'm just saying generally there are lots of n00bs around renegade, and n00bstories seems to draw some of the more-skilled noobs than your average noob.
Not a bash on TSU as I personally have not played here.

Re: GG n00bstories.com
No beef here.
I've been trying to make peace with a lot of people in Renegade community, anyway.
