I think there was a time frame like a week to complete your game for each round so im sure there wont be a problem.

Each round is limited to one week. So you'll have one week to try and match up with your opponent and get the games in. If the games can't be played, the person who couldn't be reached forfeits.

(note: So if you're having a hard time matching up with the person you're scheduled to play, get proof that you're trying to hunt them down (ie. sending emails, discussions in irc, etc.) in case they try to say you weren't available. Final decisions are up to the admins.
