Ban Smokinace failure to test

This guy was obviously cheating, so I asked him to test, he avoided me for awhile, then when he finally came he wouldn't respond. He was waiting for time to run out, which it did. I continued to pm him, which he ignored.

FYI: He was banned from the TK2 servers last night after several hours of people observing him and finally deciding there was sufficient evidence to ban him. I know TSU bans are never based on bans from other communities, but I thought it might be worth mentioning.

Stealth reveal was among the hacks he was found guilty of, after chasing a cloaked SBH all the way through the Island tunnels with a mobius gun (but not in range, so not damaging the SBH to reveal it or being close enough to see it normally), even following it around corners without fail and sweeping his weapon beam side to side as the SBH moved side to side down the tunnel. Pretty obvious conclusion.
