[INFO] TsuGaming Renegade Squads

After hearing suggestions of forming a TsuGaming Renegade 'clan', and reading posts about wanting practice sessions ... I spoke with a few people about the possibility of consolidating all of our clans, funwar players, and top server players into a series of squads.

Here is how squads will be set up:

ALPHA SQUAD (Primary/Competitive)
Description: All members are active on our public server, on the forums, and are considered "competitive" enough to represent our community in funwars
Members:

• Squad leader: Oversees entire squad, appoints captains, and recruits members
• Captains: Recruits members, gives orders during wars
• Members: competitive players

BRAVO SQUAD (Backup/Recreational)
Description: All members are active on our public server and on the forums, but are only used as backups or extras since they may not be as experienced or as active.
Members:

• Squad leader: Oversees entire squad, recruits members, and trains members (considered a member of alpha squad as well)
• Members: backups/extras

CHARLIE SQUAD (training)
Description: All members are active on our public server and on the forums, but may not in any circumstance play in a funwar; even as an extra/backup. Members of this squad are learning how to play more professionally.
Members:

• Squad leader: Oversees entire squad, appoints trainers, and recruits members
• Trainer: Recruits members, trains members
• Trainee: Squad member who is learning how to play better

DELTA SQUAD (clanwars.cc)
Description: This group plays exclusively on clanwars.cc. Only the most active and experienced players should be a part of this special group.
Members:

• Squad leader: Oversees entire squad and recruits/kicks members
• Member: General member. Can be a captain or normal player, doesn't matter.

NOTE: You can only be in one of the main squads (Alpha, Bravo, or Charlie) at at time. Since Delta squad is a special squad, you may also be in this squad in addition to your main squad.

How it will work:

1. I will personally oversee the organization, management, and discipline of the entire group. At least to start. Eventually, this may be handed off to the Renegade Council member for Renegade (Raulperez) or someone else.
2. I will select squad leaders.
3. Squad leaders will select their captains/trainers.
4. Captains will recruit players. Trainers will prepare players for competition.
5. All ALPHA players will be given a tryout which will consist of a 1v1 against a captain. That captain will then decide whether or not you're good enough to be in their squad. Alpha squad captains can recruit players into the Bravo squad. But Bravo squad leaders cannot recruit members into the Alpha squad (only reccommend).
6. All BRAVO players will remain active, even if they're not playing funwars. They will be required to attend practices and work their way up on the public server ladder. If they think they're good enough for Alpha squad, they can request a tryout (1v1 an Alpha captain).
7. Everyone else who is interested in being in a competitive squad, but isn't good enough (as determined by the squad leaders/captains).......will be allowed to be in the CHARLIE Squad as long as they're active in our public server and on the forums. We will help train you and make you better so that you can try to get into Bravo or Alpha squad and compete.
8. DELTA squad is a special squad that really has NOTHING to do with the other squads. It is only for people who would like to form a "clan" on behalf of TsuGaming for clanwars.cc. If you're looking to play clanwars/funwars every day in addition to the normal community stuff that Alpha, Bravo, or Charlie will be doing ... then you should also join the Delta squad.

When it comes time for our community to play against another community or clan, the Squad leader for the ALPHA (only Alpha) Squad will have to work out the details. It will be his job to verify that a captain will be available for the funwar ... as well as enough Alpha players. Bravo players may be used as extras ONLY (ie. if you only have 5 alpha players and its a 6v6 game).

The Alpha squad leader can request funwars with clans and community, and can also deny requets from other clans or communities.

The Bravo squad leader is considered an Alpha squad member.

Even though this isn't a "clan" (more of a funwar and practice group) we still act like one. So any member of Alpha, Bravo, or Charlie CANNOT play on behalf of other communities. They can, however, be in other clans as long as they remain active in TsuGaming clan. If you're a good player and active, you may want to consider trying to get into our Delta squad (clanwars.cc tsugaming clan).

IN RETARD TERMS (or for people who are too lazy to read all that):

• ALPHA is for the most skilled and active public server players in TsuGaming. (not cw.cc)
• BRAVO is for anyone who isn't quite skilled or active enough to be in Alpha. (not cw.cc)
• CHARLIE is for people who pretty much suck or need a lot of work (not cw.cc)
• DELTA is an extra/optional squad for anyone who wants to be in a TsuGaming clanwars.cc team

We'll "practice" by breaking up the squads into balanced teams and then playing funwars.

Like, 3v3:

1-Alpha
1-Bravo
1-Charlie

-VS-

1-Alpha
1-Bravo
1-Charlie

Somethin like that.

Or maybe just 2v2's with AB-AB and then the C's can play amongst themselves for pactice. Point is: thats the whole idea is that when we're not playing against other communities we can play amongst ourselves with organized squads.

Alright, I've worked out the preliminary setup.

This is how things are going to be set up to start with.

1. Fs Clan is being dissolved into this 'clan'
2. SFE Clan is being dissolved into this 'clan'
3. The following members will be kept and placed directly into the Tsu clan. If your name isn't on this list you will have to apply (more info on how to apply coming soon).

Cursed - Alpha Squad Captain
Murder - Alpha Squad Member
Ace - Alpha Squad Member
Mmmcrak - Alpha Squad Member
Eski - Alpha Squad member
Medici - Bravo Squad Leader

Thanks for including me =D I may actually be getting the main computer in a week or so.. but then i'll need the moniter and the other stuff that is necessary (starting from scratch).. so the good news it that I'll probibly be back ingame in a matter of weeks.. the bad news is Even though I get my work schedule in a few weeks advence, the days and times are spatatic, no specific days or times off, like my Mon-Fri, 10-5 job i used to have. <3 WalMart

Btw, anyone in Bravo squad shouldn't be talking sh*t in the public server. Leave the sh*t talking to people in Alpha or Delta squads.

ie. Ehwan talking sh*t to people that are better tahn him in the server today and making himself (and tsugaming) look like an *ss.
