For those who don't know what's going on, let me fill you in:

Awhile back Adam (kill4ya) was a customer of ours. Iccy was letting him use a00000005. When adam couldn't afford to keep the server running (time & money he didn't have) I offered to make their CCTF server a part of TsuGaming.

RIVAL (Ajay) and Ecstasy (ImRealEZ) were the co-admins. I honored his leadersip and let these two run the server on behalf of TsuGaming. Months and months went by ... no problems, no issues, everyone happy. Then RIVAL stepped down.

About a month later (right now) he's crashing a00000005 by logging in with it and putting up a server of his own. He never once came to us to talk about it. He just made a smartass remark on the tagboard then started crashing it. Putting servers up called "HAHA" or "TSU SUCKS". (mature, btw -- remind you guys of anyone? *cough* Matix *cough*?)

Ironically, we're about to take down the 2nd AOW server, which means OldSchool AOW is going back on 04 and CCTF was going to go back on 05. But I don't see CCTF going back on 05 anymore because RIVAL keeps crashing the server.

Before I go through the process of banning RIVAL from everything ... I'm going to give him a chance to come clean and explain himself. No matter how hard he tries he won't be able to use 05 effectively. If we can't use it, then we won't let him either. So there is no point in arguing.

I recommend all of you CCTF people b*tch to him about it so that your CCTF server can go back up on 05.

I'll give him 24 hours to respond. No more.

I never realized u were lazy But I think those comments directed toward fl00d3d, people dont realize when they comment on stuff like him, it's not even insulting.. Other People (like me -_-) have to run around trying to keep employed by someone else and have hell of a life just trying to make rent and bills. some succeed, and Some dont.. Whereas Fl00d and Nightma have a successful partnership just doing this stuff..

People who make that kind of remark at fl00d don't really have anything else to say, and they figure that's the only thing they can say.. But saying "you wouldn't be where you are if..." stamements dont really mean crap.. it's like saying, "You wouldn't be alive if you died." or "If you lived on the moon you'd become a leper" (lol) maybe not that rediculously obvious of a statement, but just as useful or effective, and it's not even based on anything.. Is the point to hurt his feelings?? more or less.. that's all it looks like..

Yeah I was a half mod on whorehouse, was a half mod for about a week at the beginning of tsu. No one else found their way back to the server, so he promoted me to co-admin and he was an admin. Seemed to have worked out fine.

This is the second time I've had to address ignorant people about the concept of PARTNERSHIP.

In a partnership, both people WORK TOGETHER and CONTRIBUTE TO EACHOTHER.

Which suggests that Nightma12 does things I can't (or I'm not good at) and I do things that he can't (or he's not good at).

Examples?

Nightma12 coded NightRegulator and is very good at troubleshooting and maintaining FDSs for Renegade. He's also more level-headed and calm when dealing with most of the morons in the Renegade community that I don't have the patience to deal with. But he's very lazy (lol) and doesn't have much of any leadership experience whatsoever. He's a tactical thinker and built to be more of a "day to day operations" kinda guy.

I haven't coded jack sh*t. I know enough VB6 (what NR is coded in) to read his code and give him ideas on new features. I'm not nearly as good at setting up and fixing the Renegade FDS as he is. I get in fights with a lot of people. So in those regards I'm almost an opposite to Nightma12. However.......I'm not lazy. I set goals and I expect them to be met. I have very high expectations. I have a LOT of leadership experience. And not just with gaming, but with internet sites in general as I have managed forums and websites that have millions of hits per day and thousands of active (daily) users. I designed, built, and kept alive TsuGaming for over 3 years. And though my Council helps me out greatly, I think they'd agree that things would quickly deteriorate without me checking up on them. (they're getting better ). I'm a very strategic leader and an accomplished young adult.

So put Nightma12 and I together and what do you get? Well, you get what you see. What you don't get is dead communities like the one you came from. And there is SOOOOOOOOOO much more to TsuGaming and our developing business partnerships than stupid *ss Renegade. We all love Renegade to death because its a classic. But I think most of us realize its nothing more than "a classic"; and that its certainly not some secret gateway to success in life. Do you really think people like Jelly, Noobstories, Noobless ... or even groups like BHS will be around in 5 years? 2? Perhaps they will, but they'd have to make a lot of changes to catch up to the YEARS of planning and developing we have on them.

You still didn't answer my question: "why are you being a little b*tch?" You knew the situation with the password yet you gave it to a friend. Why? What did I do to you? You've now affected an innocent group of people (the CCTF gamers) out of your selfish act.

So now that you've been made to look like a fool, tell your friend to give up on the nick (cuz we sure as hell won't) and rethink your perspective on this community. You're wrong about me ... as are so many people ... but I don't have the energy to waste on 'saving souls' as I am investing it in this community and my business.
