1)I think he should OP on his command and under status
2)He should kick/ban people that dont follow the rules
3)He should be able to trust people the he OPs
4)He deOPs people that OP others like crazy
5)He PROs people he trusts for Higher Moderator status
6)If he trusts someone he PROs them to ~Admin
7)All Status + % @ ~ and he chooses which is the people that gets these
