It's probably DSL. Does she average 10ms to 80ms pings to pretty much anywhere in NorthAmerica/Europe? I do Fiber optic, ftw. Oh, I also have 2Mbps fiber optic/private upload. xD

nah its cable, its regular 45 but we got it for a special price for one year.

when he said football i think he meant aussie rules as in AFL which is way better than soccer and NFL. btw a fibre connection would be sweet as! The sad thing here is that ADSL is more expensive than ADSL2+ which sucks, Because not all our exchanges have ADSL2+ enabled yet. which also sucks. and Hilary your connection is probably capped to 64k. Show us a speed test after you get un capped.
