first off, in no time should a temp mod ever give a test, i believe fl00d says only half mod and up should give a test so you should have asked someone in irc which killer is usually on. not bashing or anything just saying. if he did kill you in less than a sec, then it would have been smarter to wait and record him. recording him is worth more than giving him a test, because unlike making them take ss's, you can review your video, and if the person in question is taking screen shots they wont post them if it proves they are hacking so there is no question if they have problems uploading or not, because if you catch them on video hacking then there is no question they should be banned.

If someone was on I would have been happy because I prefer not to get into tests, too much drama. And like I said before, I don't have FRAPS.

Unlike you... If I run fraps, my frames would drop to -50 (if that's possible).

The only reason I asked for a test was because I was complying with this community's policies. I am content with a temp mod status because most the time there is someone else there to do tests. And for the record: I am rarely seen when there's a test going on. If there is someone messing up a game and no one else is taking measures, only then will I step in. This was such a case and I did the best I could without FRAPS. If that's not enough, slap me.

you can still take ss's a lot easier with it, you can set it to take ss's every .1 seconds, which is like the same as a vid xD

I know. I have fraps - just don't use it much. That way I avoid exhausting my video card.
