There's no solid proof that he hax b/cz no FRAPs, although lilsnooks and I are 100% possible that he was using something. He killed me in less than a sec. Then when I asked him for a test, he agrees and *tries* to shoot around me diagonal. I paged him the proper way to take a test, and he ended up killing me instead. I asked him again, and he killed me and my teammate. He also claims that he doesn't speak much English, although when he was paging me, he spoke perfect English.

As a temp mod you should be able to !warn I believe. How did he refuse to test? He killed a couple people, thats it, always happens. How do we know if e killed you instantly?

Ask anyone who was playing at the time, it was obvious he was cheating. The server wasn't very full anyways and ppl left... so I took quick actions before it was empty again. And I can't warn.

When he was shooting me (diagonal) during the test, his shots were unnatural.

Well it does look like he was being an *ss when asked to test, but I'm thinking now that he should be allowed back and watched closely/asked to do a proper test.

Okay killer... first of all I posted this to bring attention to "mods" that there's a potential cheater. I said I'm 100% sure he cheats, you guys can do whatever to him. And what I speak is not just words, if you can argue my case against everyone else that was playing in that game.. gl.

I think the killing him afterwards is refusal to test.. He understood enough to go to the middle.. why all of the sudden are ppl "not speaking english" is this the new "trend" to get out of a test.. i think it's complete be.. I've never seen this "language barrier" crap before Jdario a week or 2 ago.. now it just seems to be popping up all the sudden.. Oh, sorry you dont speak english, you're free to go.... I say ban this fruit too

Ok, RRKiller is right that without more proof, we can't say that he's cheating, he's not being an *ss, he's just telling you that.
But in my opinion, he can be banned for refusal to test, because he killed you twice, I would have given him one more chance and spoken very clearly though, just so it would bethere for the record that he definitely refused a test.

Yes, and 'chum' means many things, and in that sentance, no it doesn't mean "I am going to throw chum for these fish". Sorry if it offended, but what I'm trying to say is there is not enough proof imo, and the killing doesn't really show too much.. I vote just watch him and not ban.. for now.
