[BANNED] Willy-Crate

I was watching IRC and renkeypr, toad was asking sum1 to 0wn them, and the suspected person Willy-Crate, so I did so. Ren and toad started to conduct some sort of cheat test on willy. I think the suspected cheat was ROF. During this test, toad PM saying he has fraps of willy that shows 100% he is cheating. So he is sending me the video now. Toad being a temp mod, I made him assure the video whould prove willy to be cheating...

Several people had suspicious so I took toads and those word's and banned him:

Renkyper was on nod and thot something fishy was goign on. He pm'd me and said that it was sorta like this, willy would shoot renkeyper, and then there would be like an afteraffect, sort of like... a chem sprayer hits you once, but you continue to be hurt. That was my perecepion of what he told me, he may come on to truly explain but yet.
Lol at first, i was hitting strip, and went back to repair, but then i was 100% healed? wth?!?!!? So then i started checking out gdi see who was doing that, and i eventually saw willy go back with red and come back 2 seconds later green, so i had to get fraps up and running and got the video and here it is tadah!
