We are now recruiting for our Multimedia Team. A job description and requirements are shown below.

Job Description:

• Members of the Multimedia Team provide high quality graphics, animations, videos, and flash objects to the community as needed as well as produce promotional videos on a somewhat regular basis.

Requirements:

• Exceptional skills with Photoshop or another professional editing tool.
• Active within the community, in constant communication with other staff members, and able to check the team forums daily.

On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate your skills with Photoshop? Be realistic.

Ok, PM me a graphic that you feel demonstrates 80% proficiency (expertise) with Adobe Photoshop. The graphic should be something that you created from scratch. There is no rush.

I am being pickier about who can join the team because we used to have a bunch of people who weren't that active and weren't creating high quality graphics.

ok, i will make something with Tsunami Gaming, or TGN and stuff like that for the clan. Do you want it specific pixers or sizes?

It should probably be at least 400 pixels wide and at least 100 pixels tall (minimum). I would recommend making something a little larger than that, though.
