i thought things that effected the SBH stealth where the only things not allowed on the server skin wise (oh and clear scope)

Nope, bright skins are/used to be banned too. It was kind of a throwback to the BH and old RGH days when some cheats worked better on more contrasted hues but it is/was still considered an unsporting advantage.

Thats not just a normal skin that happens to be bright.
The entire character is a solid bright colour... and the head is a different colour. Major advantage right there. However at the same time he reported a cheater and helped us out.... (and we would not have kown he was useing these skins had he not reported a cheater
) So its dogs decision
