K, so.

First, probably only topic I'll ever post in here, but here goes.

At the moment, I have a choice. I could get with the girl that I've always wanted, and always have dreamed of having. To do this, I have to give up my last two years of school. As she lives in Italy, and the best thing would be for me to move there. If I wait, however, I don't know how long I could go without losing my sanity in waiting.

I'm not sure how the American School system works, but for Australia, it goes like this.

Complete up to year 10: School certificate
Get to year 12: Higher School Certificate

As you can tell, people with a HSC can get a much higher change of employment than ones with just the SC.

If I go with the girl when I get older; I pretty much won't have to worry about money at all. She runs a chain of about 20 restaurants. She drives a Lamborghini around town, so she's pretty much set for life.

So, I'm left with a choice, a chance at complete and total happiness, or I keep struggling with life as it is. I can't f*cking think about this myself, so, I need some help in deciding =\

Well... it's always good to have qualifications to fall back on if everything goes sour, depends if she would wait for you...

I am by no means an expert in this sort of thing though...

Why are you unable to wait the two years while your get your HSC?

Could you go back later and do your HSC should things turn sour?

Go to Italy, even if it all turns out wrong, you can still say you went.

I guess really a huge part is just wanting the get away from where I live. I've never been happy with the town, the school or the people in it, and I'm over it, I guess.

I can go back and do my HSC at TAFE if things do go sour.

I'd do that, if there's a chance at something greater, and even if that fails out, you can always go back, get that HSC, and then be set for your own life
