Modlist Updates

There have been a couple promotions on the modlist today. No one was demoted or removed.
Promoted:
Sadistik (Half --> Full)
Spoontard (Learning --> Half
Added:
K1lla (Half)
Also noteworthy: Medici is back and will resume his duties as C&C:Renegade Manager, but will not be returning as an administrator. Toad will remain a co-admin. I will remain the only administrator. After some personal matters calm down for Medici, he may come back to his admin status.
