I dont much too much free time now that im settled in and the time i do have I love to play ren and for the past 2 months ive sat in the aow server waiting for people to join and im not doing it anymore. Imma play ren just as much but I have to settle for jell mini aow now. Yea the people suck and its a lot easier but its the next best thing.
Imma still be kickin around the forums but if you're lookin for me ingame I will be in jelly playing as UsukAtRen.

lol, you had to make a post for that?
Have fun at Jelly. It stays more full cuz of the xwis nick, but I've heard the administration is a joke.
Maybe after our software comes out (and this TT patch?) our server will be popular enough for you to show more interest in it again.
Take care,

Ive been doing the server hop too, even botting for mofire in his clan
jelly there are almost never mods around and there is always some *sshole who is just too stupid but its alright to just chill in, i was chilling in atomix of all places with fsblood (cmps dragon?) and frozen, the c*nt, banned me from their cw server and just last night dippy, the biggest c*nt, banned me from the aow for "evasion" i dont know if he got my serial or not, but i was on mofires bot nick so it may not have been because he thought it was me. there was even 1 game where i think me spurs and commy were stalking some ac *sshole and glitch killed him wherever here went. so whatever, if theres no game going on, ill wander around to find one, but the point is POINT FIX IS GAY!!! and if scripts 4 comes out and that sh*t is meant to be client side now, it can go f*ck itself

Yes, point fix will be a forced fix for all servers with the "TT patch".

I dont mind the idea of the point fix, it just puts NOD on a level playing field as GDI. Just say you're playing a game 5v5 on city flying. If gdi arent retards they will all go out with shooters, get a nut load of points and beat nods *ss.

Not true actually. There will be an 'unpoints fix' version of the TT patch for servers that don't want the points fix, following the clanwars.cc people shitting themselves about it and spamming the forums. Apparently shooting the harvester with ramjets to win games is their only real strategy...
There was a several hundred post flame war about it on Renegade Forums in the TT section....

The ONLY reason we don't use it is because not everyone uses it. If it were a forced patch I support it 100%. There is no reason not to.
I hope the "optional, non-patched" servers are blocked from being laddered. No point in entering bugged/modified servers into an official ladder. That's biased and unfair.

Last I saw that was the plan, although the clanwars.cc people were flaming that decision over several multi-page topics, so it may have changed since... you would have to wade through hundreds of bullshit posts to find out, and personally I think my brain might implode from reading that many retarded, poorly spelt and grammar free posts at once....

The battle of the renegeeks continues.
On one side you have the less skilled players who have more programming knowledge and general knowledge of the engine.
On the other, you have the more skilled players who haven't a clue what they're talking about in regards to keeping games balanced or stable.
I'm not a big fan of the point fix because I'm acustomed to how the game has been played for years. But if its a mandatory patch that everyone would be on, it ONLY makes sense to address any bugs. If I were TT I wouldnt give a sh*t what the .cc people wanted.
