We were in game, and Cursed and I both saw him ROF twice. The first time he was using a shooter and my humvee was about half dead and he shot at it for about 1 second and it blew up. It would normally take about 2-3 seconds at half health from a shooter. Then later Cursed said he saw him ROFing again with an orca.
We asked for a test, he understood what to do, and then refused:
