Moderating your Moderators!

Two days ago, in Islands, Pedro (Pedromdrp) wanted the enemy team to finish off the refinery so the game would be over. His team had lost the game so there wasn’t really much to do but let it end. Beerbaron warned him for team hampering, and when I asked the next day, he told me that he moved thrice and Pedro positioned himself to get between his weapon and the control terminal - that’s all a bunch of lies but even if it wasn’t, no verbal warning was given or anything.
If you want solid proof that there is a lot of bias going on, I shall tell you what happened yesterday. After my brief discussion with Beerbaron about the unfair warning given to my brother Pedro the day before, he kindly gave us a verbal warning that we would be warned if we did “team stacking”. I told him this wasn’t in the rules and he went on saying it was “common sense”, I’ll discuss that later in this post. I told him fine and to warn us. Pedro left in the next map so I could join and be in his team. There was a one player difference so the teams were still even, I'd say there was no harm done but we both got a warning for team stacking, which is fair enough. We had been warned. The problem arose when that map finished, since I left the game and so did most of the players and it ended up with Pedro vs. another player. I joined and was in Pedro’s team and got another warning for team stacking, which is okay once again! But the problem is that Pedro also got a warning for team stacking! If that’s not biased I really have no clue what it is. He simply remained in the game and kept playing!
So let’s count, Pedro and I got two warnings each, two of Pedro’s were without any proof, and the other two warnings given were all solely based on Beerbaron’s “common sense”.
So let’s consider a hypothetical situation, two players live together and have two computers in the same room, next to each other. They can see each other’s monitors when they’re playing. Would you rather these two players play in opposite teams, so they could easily anticipate the enemy’s rushes? Or would you prefer them being in the same team as long as there wasn’t more than a player difference (i.e. 4 vs. 4 or 6 vs. 5 and not 6 vs. 8). If nobody else sees how ridiculous this is then imagine a player in a normal game telling a player of the opposite team what rushes that player is about to receive in his base and where, I’m sure that’s a straight warning for team hampering if found out.
Here’s a fine example of how stupid common sense can be! It has once dictated that the sun’s orbit is around the earth.
I'd recommend you stop using your perception of common sense and start using some good sense, it's quite a rare quality.
Furthermore, I should say that Pedro and I might stop playing in Tsugaming servers because of all the bias going on. This isn’t a final goodbye, we just won’t make the servers our first option. I’m sure some of you will be pleased while others not so much.
The quantity of players on the server seems to have diminished recently, perhaps for reasons such as these. I hope you implement measures to reduce moderator bias before the community dies entirely. Best of luck and see you all around.

Cursed isn't the only moderator having problems with your team stacking. I don't mind so much in CTF, but in aow when there's already a ton of noobs playing, and then you go and "make sure" your on pedro's team or else you guys don't play at all... that's really gay.
Let me explain why this is team stacking...
An example would be the field game i played against you two. The game was originally 4v4, then joaorp joins nod, perdo's team. You guys own our two other players so much in the beginning of the game, they left. Game was 4v2 now. Cursed and I hold our weight against 2 arties and a light although the team was 2v5, then someone on your team got switched b/cz of !eteam command. He also left, b/cz he didn't have the skills to kill you guys. It was 4v2 once again. I lagged out for like a minute. Game over, base kill.
Its team stacking, especially when the skill difference between you guys and the rest of the people playing in the server is considered. I guess that's your idea of fun, but owning noobs is quite boring. This is only but one example, I do remember giving you guys at least 5 verbal warnings. And Ecstasy telling you guys to stop it as well. With all those warnings, why do you guys keep doing it? I'm going to start using !warn every time I see you guys team stack as well.

I checked all the logs I have for the past 24 hours and neither have once killed the other. I believe they have been warned for this before and gave them a verbal warning agian today. A few days ago someone also brought to my attention that they will stack eachother onto the same side. That is clearly un-ethical gameplay and verbally warned them for that aswell. Yesterday I put an actual !warn on Pedromdrp for walking in my repair beam while repairing a building in the AOW. They claim that they are unfairly treated but continue to be trouble makers like this after receiving loads of patience. I for one am done and will warn them for continuing any behavior like this and encourage the rest of you to do the same.
I read your post before I read the above statement from Cursed, and I already knew that things played out how he described them. I have similar or identical stories from the rest of my moderators.
This is unacceptable conduct in our servers. You openly ignore warnings and requests from moderators, then come to these forums and try to argue that my moderators are in the wrong, when you admit that you hold their warnings in contempt anyway.
If you really are going to forsake TsuGaming servers that's no great loss and is for the best if you're not going to follow our rules. Any further bad behaviour in our servers will be met with increasingly harsh measures.
Moderators: There will be no more verbal warnings for Joaorp and his brother. Use your discretion if you see them trying to stack teams or hamper their team in any way, but try to acquire proof so that your decision can't be disputed.

Medici, I believe has warned you two for not shooting at eachother which does still take place.
The warn for team hamper agianst pedro in the aow did not require a verbal because he obviously knew what he was doing.
Oh damn, Medici beat me to it

Doing the same sh*t at EKT and will be kicked there as well if they don't cut it out.
Turn your monitors away from each other and use headphones (works in my house with the three STEREOS playing together).
Try kicking each others *ss in game instead of holding each others balls.

Joaorp said that they do it everywhere else that they play, including EKT. EKT mods tbh aren't very good at moderating.

People are always quick to judge other people, when they themselves aren't so perfect. Says fl00d3d the wise (and perfect)

jk
This is long deserved. I've never had any personal issues with Joaorp as he has always been respectful to me. But being polite and respectful doesn't mean that you can win favor either. You're a nice guy, but I (and clearly others) do not agree with you ... and especially your brother. And apparently this is an issue in other servers as well.
You claim that common sense should be used, but if you're receiving this same treatment in other servers (as I am hearing from EKT) then perhaps you should get the hint and adjust your behavior. Renegade is a very close, but confused, community. When you settle into a community its because you have faith in its stability. If you don't feel you can find that stability here, I wish you the best. As I'm sure you'll find out, this community is one of the most fair servers in town.
Take care.

Joaorp told me on MSN that they don't do this (or have this problem) on any other servers. Just TsuGaming.

Lol, the idea of this game, is to play with your m8s, loved ones, and he does that, and gets punished. "Sigh"
Its like when your gona play a 2v2, Fw, Or Cw, you dont wana play with a retard from a public server, you want your mate on your team... Unless he was doing that sh*t, where you dont shoot eachother, i can see that being a problem..

It's more a matter of principle. He doesn't ask the mods to switch them around. Sometimes he does (I know he's asked me, and sometimes I put them on the same team). But we can't do it all the time. I think the main issue here is that he does it reguarly even when mods tell him not to.

I kinda agree with mofire.. As yall know my neighbors are brothers and play in tsu, and for a while they had there computers in the same room. It is much more fun as sibilings to play on the same team... but as fl00d3d and other people have said.. if you arent on the same team dont fret about it.. just play through it. If your team is getting slaughtered, next game you have a 50-50 shot at being on the same team. Everyone just take a chill pill its not like the end of the world.

I don't. But the instant people started b*tching about it I stopped. These guys were verbally warned ... and then mods had to start using !warn. And they STILL did it. That's the problem.
Obviously people like being on the same team. Hell, just enable team change and that'd solve half the arguments.
