Tsunami Gaming

No doubt C&C:Renegade is in-fact dying. Statistically there are less and less players on public servers (total) every month. Statistically there are less and less quality competitions (tournaments, clanwars, lobby wars). I know. I've been collecting statistics for the last couple months.

TsuGaming Renegade is being affected just like many other communities, and TsuGaming is also expanding into a lot of other games at the same time. For this reason, I'm putting n offer of partnership/merger on the table for C&C:Renegade.

I am looking for anyone with an established server that has regular traffic. It does not have to be on a high XWIS nick. The owner should be reputable with no significant "bad images". We're looking for one or two servers/communities to make their servers part of Tsunami Gaming. Some sort of CrazyCTF and some sort of Crazy (or laid back) AOW is desired.

Here is what you'll get out of this deal:

• Your server will be hosted for free - no more bills
• You will have complete control over your server within reason (the only thing that you'd need to tolerate are our community-wide policies if they conflict with your own)
• You would be the top admin for that server, and appoint your own moderators.
• If you contribute significantly (ie. donating more than one server, or your community is well-established) you will be considered for a Council position. Currently this is held by Nightma12 but he is busy with other things and I would consider swapping him for you if you knew what you were doing. This means you'd get full authority over everything and anything that is Renegade related in this community, as well as a democratic voice on matters that affect the entire community (including other games)

In summary, we're looking for server/community owners who are tired of paying a big hosting bill while fighting for players ... but still has a popular server that would interest a wide range of players.

I'm hoping to reach out to some of the larger communities out there who are starting to think that running a Renegade server isn't worth their time - and would like to get involved in a community that is here to stay ..... including the upcoming release of some revolutionary gaming software that will solidify this community's superiority over many other communities in the coming months. Consider this an investment.

I have a question sort of. A couple years ago, I had a really popular server, and I know some members of TSU could vouch for me. It was called Black-Brigade.. How would you feel about bringing that back maybe on a lower part of the renegade list and try to get a bigger community that way? I wouldn't mind putting time into it at all, and I would love to start that server back up and incorporate it with TSU.

God I had one years ago, but I'm sure its long gone. I still have to re-install my renegade and msn from wiping my computer a week ago, so the easiest way is irc or email. I'm quite sure I can get new members attracted to the community though.
