which means that you need to redo elronixx's ban... he was playing today, but i didn't realize he'd been caught cheating till he left... o.O

Case sensitive bans? That's pretty bad, bug lee to fix it, as otherwise people can just change the capitalisation on a random letter all the time to get back in with the same name.

Are you sure this wasn't something affected by the CCTF modifications? I've never seen anything like this before, I'm sure we would have noticed it before now...

Bans are done by IP and Nick, so he would also have to change his IP.

Than you can range ban. And, he'd be pretty stupid to just use the same name while cheating. Just put something in the rotation text saying "If so and so is in the game, please notify a moderator immediately" or input a fix to NR having it auto-kick anyone who comes in with that variation of name.

i mean i don't know VB, but most languages have some kind of comparator for strings that's case insensitive... that's all it would take
