Tsunami Gaming

I'm sorry it has taken us this long to put together an organized website for the servers, but I have been very busy with many things.

http://renegade.tsugaming.com is a sub-site of TsuGaming dedicated ONLY to Renegade.

It contains up to date mod lists, ban lists, ladders, downloads, and other useful information.

If anyone finds any bugs or has any suggestions, feel free to post them into this topic.

I really don't see a point in this.. What is there to be displayed? Just modlists and server stats, and some extra info. Why not just keep it on the http://www.tsugaming.com domain and make it http://www.tsugaming.com/renegade or something, and keep the same template and layout/colors. And, if you really want to make a separate site, at least move the forums as well.

My comment: you have absolutely nothing to do with Renegade anymore. So I don't see why you care.

The site is there as an "organizer of information". Rather than people saying......

• Where can I find a modlist?
• Where can I find a banlist?
• Where can I see the ladder?
• Where do I download the map pack?

You can just say "Anything you need to know about Tsunami Gaming Renegade is on http://renegade.tsugaming.com. And they can very easily find it from there.

As for the forums, THESE Renegade forums you're posting on right now are the ones that are linked to from that site. And the template/skin for these Renegade forums might change to match the site soon. Each forum can have its own style. I just haven't set it up yet.

By the way, I'm doing this for every "Featured" game we have in the community.

WoW already had a site. Renegade has one now. CSS will have one soon. etc.

http://www.tsugaming.com is just the "generic" hangout for EVERYTHING (not one specific game)

Makes good sense, new people interested in a game dont have to search through forums through a bunch of topics they're not interested in. But in case they do decide to check out the forums for further exploration, you also have a link from the game site to the forums?? and vice versa with this topic

This really is nothing, just making sure you didn't forget about it. Just some links missing, it's still under construction, so you probably had it planned for another day.

Thanks for pointing that out. I haven't built a page for each of the servers yet (to talk about the type of gameplay, some pictures, etc.) - so I haven't linked to it. Which also reminds me, if you have screenshots from in game that "show off" what the game is about, etc. I could definitely use them. No big scenic pitures, just focus in on an event (ie. in AOW, maybe a tank fight, in CTF, capturing a flag). And try to keep people's names out of it (so hit Tab a few times until the player list is hidden, and join Xwis with your "Show Names" option disabled).
