npadul30 banned for failure to complete test

OK me(acesfe), Eskiboi,and toadiskin all suspected this guy of using something we thought it was superbodies so we decided to test it. When we tried to test him there was alot of interference but then people started to calmdown.This guy was not listening very well. He would continually jump around, and wouldn't listen when we told him to stand by toad. This guy wasn't listening very badly when we told him wat to do. He refused to shoot around my body Toad has a video of Npadul30's best attempt at shooting around ace's body.

He was killing everyone really fast, and a few times he seemed to get bs kills. I would still be getting hurt when hiding behind a rock. I assumed superbodies, or rof. So i followed him and we eventually tested him. He said that he had a 1591 ping. So 1: if he does post those ss's, they should say that. 2: how can he be doing that good with a 1591 ping?

I have dialup but I did take an the two ss's. It could have been lag but I would not know. At the time I had 1591 ping but it goes back and forth all the time....but here are the ss's. I do not CHeat!!!!

You mods have no clue how to act anyway....I mean there was no control or anthing else, I could barley hear you.....

1. Resave as JPEG or JPG.

2. Even if it is 1.6MB, dialup can handle it, especially if you play Renegade.

This decision needs to go to a co-admin or admin. traditionally we don't honour the bans of other communities, but what with the already dubious nature of this topic it may be best to ban.
