Ban Core202 - refusal to test.

Sigh... this guy was one of the regular players in the CCTF, never thought that he would turn out to be a hacker. There were four people ingame, with my 8mbps, low ping, 75 fps, I was not lagging. He killed me in the middle of him refilling, which I thought was very odd. I thought immediately he was using RoF, but I didn't say anything. A few kills later I asked him for a test, he was extremely mad at me for asking him. I have never seen someone so pissed off for being asked for a test, when really it is not a big deal. He said that he couldn't save things onto his moms computer, but I told him to upload them then delete them. He then said that he didn't want to bother, then when I said I had to ban him he totally switched on me... He was definetly using RoF, and he didn't want me to see that he had 999 bullet clips. So anyway, ban him from all the servers for test refusal. You can see in the log I did nothing to provoke him, he was extremely rude and I was very shocked that he reacted that way. Anyway, here is the full log of the whole game.

It is a lot to read through, but in order to fully understand the situation you should read through all of it. You can see I was extremely patient, the test took about 25 minutes. He insulted me, calling me a bs mod, saying that he was going to get my mod taken away or something. Regardless, he is banned for refusal to test.
