All I can say to this is there is no excuse.. "zomg the h4x were in my data folder i was h4x3d i dun know wztf happ3nzer3d to me!11" No offense, whether you cheat or not, anyone can, wait for an admins response, since this situation is more so their call

damage hacks are some of the most easily detectable cheats.... sad to still see people trying to use them, but regardless of my personal stance on damage hacks, here's how it is:

You are responsible for what's on your computer, that's the court's stance, that's my stance.

Renegade/Renguard WILL NOT, out of any normal error within the game or your connection to the server provide a damage value other than what the Constants in the multiplayer engine are set at. If your damage wasn't what it should be, something from YOUR computer changed it, ergo, the importance of the prior statement.

If you actually were hacked... sorry, invest in internet security

In a way I feel bad for him because he's new to the community and he told me on teamspeak that he just downloaded RenGuard from an unauthorized source which is why he got a bad install (with cheats). Ironically, our server doesn't require RenGuard - so you didn't even need to install it.

I try to stand hands off with these things nowadays since I'm not too involved in Renegade. Raulperez this is in your hands. Nightma12, obviously your opinion is requested as well.

but the other server of Tus did not ban me in CCT and the Other's has well idk how it got there i will call the gov and shut down there web site and there server and thank you for helping me have a good day! :)

The site you listed is clean. They offer a link to RenGuard directly off of the RenGuard website (Which does not have any cheats in it).

Btw, if you require support on issues like this you might want to start using subjects, predicates, nouns, verbs, punctuation, etc. I can barely understand wtf you're even talking about.

We have 234234 cheaters in the Renegade community. If you get auto-banned for cheating, then you're pretty much screwed unless you can prove your case. And since that link is clean and you have poor communication skills ..... don't be upset if an admin enforces the ban.

When given a chance to appeal a ban, it's in your best interest to provide your argument logically in a way the admins can understand. Full sentences, no 1337 sp34k, and concise points will get you a huge amount further than just saying "OMG WT-efff i'm not h4><0r nu|3-c4k3..." (random senseless statements follow)

Even if you don't natively speak english, free translators do a fair enough job to be understandable.

Im going to let you handle this raul, but i would probably keep this ban inplace.

you can go to google.com type <whatever your primary language is>/english translator.. then click one of the links that come up... type what you want to say in your native language, and it will go to english...

The whole point is that our admins (myself included) are quite educated on how to run the FDS and how to deal with cheats. We've also been playing Renegade for years. So when someone comes on to our server, gets auto-banned for damage hacks, then makes a complaint on the forums which makes no sense ....... we're most likely to just laugh it off because this happens ALL the time. Consequently, THIS specific condition almost never happens. So its quite a bad combination of circumstances for you to be stuck in.

Nightma12 waived his opinion, and Raul seems to always second what I say. So I'll make up my mind and end this.
