Anyway about the hugging, Stone plays like I do nowadays, no hugging from what it was said... by the way that's just low and cowardish and kinda removes the fun in game! In the old days most snipers that weren't good in close range would hug and very rare missing, I myself used to get lots of head shots in a row like that but I didn't hug that much because I think it's low :p only in clan games

lol, I'm not the one on trial here for cheating. So people need to back off me (those accusing, and those defending).

When Stonecold got involved in TsuGaming it was because he was a regular on my server. We've always pushed to get the better players to come to our server, and he was doing well in .cc so I was pleased he chose us.

We also had Justin Schultz (crash) and all that bullshit flow into TsuGaming over a bunch of lies, and I got made out to be a bad guy because Spoony said I was defending him when in fact I was very clueless as to who this guy was until AFTER I checked the .cc admin panel for his IP address. Which was right around the time Spoony found out. Thank God I found out sooner than later - which is why I bailed on the whole partnership with the guy.

The point I'm making is: I'm trying to run a stable, democratic, and balanced community away from the ReneDrama. When opportunities (or skilled players) are brought my way, I'll do what I can to keep them ... but that only lasts as far as cheating. Once I've seen proof that they cheat they're gone for good. That's why I didn't try to run a league with Crash when I found out it was him ... and that's why Stonecold will be banned if I can confirm a couple of things.

Stoncold: I'm not going to lie about how I feel. I've always been suspicious of you, but since you were so firm about how much you didn't cheat and since I never saw conclusive evidence, I gave you the benefit of the doubt and in many cases defended you. But in this case, I see evidence of spectate (which can only be done through RGH). Obviously nothing is 100% other than someone sitting in an inside corer of a building with Fraps on ....... but this is 3 short-succession screenshots which has a similar effect. He's very clearly facing one of two ways, and he's clearly a good sniper. So the ONLY two ways that you'd be clear of this come down to either (1) That was you, and you can say that you were pistoling him from behind --or-- (2) That the IP address can't be matched to the nickname on the day that this happened. Right now, it's not looking favorable for you at all, considering you can't decide whether or not that was you in-game, and the ONLY IP in that server for that nickname was yours (meaning, even if there wasn't specific date/time information on when the nick was used, since it was the only one you can pretty much assume it).

So like I said earlier, I'm going to talk to Crimson ..... again ..... and try to dig up more information and compare it with some of the detailed information I have on you in my logs. If any of it matches up, then you're banned.

Also, anything you said to me (which for the record wasn't much) needs to be said here. Being fair goes both ways: for you, and against you. So to be non-biased I request that you keep me out of this as a defendant. I hate cheaters with a passion and will see that justice is done one way or another. Tell us your side of the story, whether or not that was you in the server, and if you have a confession now would be the time. If not: the truth always surfaces.

what I'm thinking is you knew it was going on the whole time, and on a login you happened to create, boy.. (hmmm... coincidence??) and now that he's pretty much caught (at least the odds seem very against him).. you play this card like you had absolutely nothing to do with it, yet you seem absolutely positive he's already guilty.. all times before (in public) you've always argued on st0ne's side with an undying passion.. all of the sudden now it's "you cheated, too bad, bye" I think you know more than you're leading on to save your own *ss, which is already banned in aow lol.. that's all..
