maybe when the tracer comes out of spock's bullet? Try timing between spocks shot and when he kills spurs. Definitely shorter then normal

Out of curiosity, what cheat does this 'clearly' prove? Cuz all I saw was a low FPS recording of someone getting a lag kill. I hate to call you out like that Spurs, but I honestly don't see anything.

Obvious RoF, do the people that say it isn't know that the soldier's ramjet in CTF only fires one round per clip? One second chance is enough.

It could also be velocity hack, its easy to edit it just a little for that effect.

tbh its not obvious at all, if it were truly RoF spurs wouldnt have seen another muzzle flash from him. But I have to agree that we shouldnt give out a third chance.

With RoF what you see on the screen doesn't change, you just fire faster where damage is concerned.

Um. isn't cheating on 3.14 almost impossible anyways? I remember flood saying something about its hypothetically possible, but no one has done it, months back, I don't know if its true today.
