captain now says he's not showing up but anyways we have good amount of people showing so should not be a problem and ones who don't show up will be told of the changes

Thanks all for showing up and here is the changes
-Clan tags required during computations but scanning for a hacker as of regular gaming, its not required
-Promotions to becoming a Admin/Member have changed to a month or less
-Special weekend (change server from TDM to anything voted through our polls and try it for 2 weeks, if works every week)
-Payments for reserves is not going to happen yet but may still happen later on
