Well you need to be more specific, Why? What happens?

Ok, i got everything set up and its all running smoothly. When i go in the server i cannot use any of the commands. I set myself Admin and everything.

you type !help and get nothing? Does it show up in NR?

Ex. I type "!0wn rathlin1" and nothing happens, checked NR and it just said me saying "!0wn rathlin1". Didn't work.

Check to make sure your updated scripts.dll on your server. And try a command like !help. On that isnt trying to change your team. This error is either because NR cannot send messages to your FDS because of a remote admin configuration or because scripts.dll is old on your server and the commands NR is trying to execute dont exist in the old version of scripts.dll

sounds like remote admin issue to me.
