N0tm0fir3 has been removed from the moderator list following several counts of gross misconduct, including:

• Inappropriate attitude toward high level Admins and Co-Admins.
• Inappropriate attitude toward normal players in-game, often causing players to leave.
• Many reports of abusive in-game paging.
• Rare use of his in-game moderator nick, being a moderator when it suits him.

I'm being pressured by damn-near every one of my mods to ban him, but I'm giving him a chance to calm down, this is his final chance however.

And how is ^that not a violation of the new community rules? Multiple insults in a single sentence without prevocation. You were perfectly justified to say "I told you so" and Eski should have humbly accepted that he was wrong. But this follow up (what I quoted above) was definitely wrong.
