Can anyone actually ban this kid? Here is some more information:

He was banned from IRC (and I don't know about the website, I can't remember), but he has since become a paying customer of ours.

He has an active and up-to-date accounts with us, so I try to be a little more lenient with him.

As for the question at hand: is this guy that is posting actually 'Uglymam' or whatever: I believe so. I don't make a practice of sharing business information with non-business people (I try to protect my customers information as much as possible), but 'all signs point to yes'.

That being said, he is a paying customer. So even if he was banned from irc and this website, cheating, lying, etc. I can only ban him from TsuGaming stuff - and I cannot make him disappear. But if he tries to pull one of these stunts against the business, I can easily press formal charges against his parents (whose information I do have because of the payment method used on his account).

Also worth noting: the guy in this topic has been posting on the forums from Remote Desktop on our server. I have banned this. So from now on, no one can post on these forums from any of our servers. Which means if he was banned from these forums, he won't be able to post. And if he wasn't, he'll be forced to post from home or somewhere other than our server box.

Anyway, I hope .... for his sake .... that he stays out of trouble. Now that money is involved as well as an accepted 'Terms of Service' he has put himself at greater risk of legal action if he tried to do anything stupid. And as far as the gaming stuff is concerned: if it is him, I hope he stays out of trouble or he'll be banned here regardless of whether he is a customer or not.

I did wonder how he was making posts from the box's own IP, thought it was a glitch in the forum software...

It was not against Terms of Service. It's just that it has the same effect as using a proxy (hides your true IP) so we decided not to allow it anymore.

Here is even more proof that this is uglymam, you can just admit it you know. It's bold and underlined. He tried to impersonate the guy "SA0wner" with the name "KA0wner."

This guy is actually shameful. He really is because he makes about as much sense in his posts as a donkey playing Chinese Checkers. Pretty conclusive? (the above posts allows me to rest my case)

It was funny when he was in KA because I was directly affiliated with them. He was constantly saying "this is my IRC Network - I'll ban you if I want" (less grammatically, obviously. I doubt this kid knows which end of the pencil you write with. God forbid he joins an army), yet he never did. I constantly annoyed him and he never did anything.

I think that he's only using his "paying customer" status because he thinks it'll give him special privileges to do "whatever the f*ck he wants". It'll be funny to see his parents getting sued because this guy is f*cking around on an IRC Server, saying it's his.

TsuGaming technically has NOTHING to do with Tsulutions. They're two separate legal entities right now. So just because someone is a paying customer doesn't mean I can't completely ban them from TsuGaming.

URL? Topic? Etc.? I don't have time to hunt people down. So if someone is ban evading, show me the proof and I will take action.

I did check the forum bans myself the other day and couldn't match any of the existing bans to any of his previous IP's and such, which is why I didn't ban him after confirming that it is indeed UGLYMAM. As best I can tell he was only banned from IRC and the game servers.

I couldn't find anything about forum ban, but he is definetly supposed to be banned ingame and on irc. Strangely enough, I saw a guy named "Nurple" that talked exactly like uglymam the other day. You know, messaging people ingame when he is talking to people in irc, reminding people of the rules "no cheats please" <-- lol. You did say this:
