actually candles do release a little bit of soot. my mom used to burn a candle 8 hours a day and above the blinds a black residue formed. candle was is called pariffarin or somethin like that and is c25h52 or somethin like that so it releases h2o and co2 just like another soot releasing thing would

ah, the old fashioned parafin wax "candles" there more like lanterns TBH , cause they use a liquid fuel.
i have one.. its mostly for power outages..

Yeah, RIVAL should probably chill with the "stfu" and flaming comments. Even if he's joking. I've heard a lot of complaints.
