He was seen with that nickname in the servers? For the most part, Loki has only had a few ip's, and they're all similar. And I know he's been banned because he comes to me complaining when i banned him.

yep, ive posted logs of his msn, his serial and ips have all been posted. IPS match the nicks. He changes his IPS once a week about like Toad changes his underwear just just gotta keep track.
