PSX, Saturn, XBox (Limited), and a few other CD based systems have emulators for them. Saturn and PSX (Original Playstation, not PSOne) have the highest amount of available ISOs out there, as well as 100% emulators. ePSXe uses ISOs, so it can run burned(pirated) or actual copies of games. Don't know about the internet radio station idea.. but! I can provide games & emulators for your downloads.. if you need them. Only have a few PSX ISOs though, cause cartridge based systems are easier to get ROMs and all that for.
