DONATIONS Donations are contributions of varying sizes or at irregular intervals. If you donate you will receive a special purple username color on the forums. Typically this is for donations over $10 USD per month.
To donate please make a PayPal payment by clicking the Donate button on the donations page. Do not make payments without clicking on these buttons as they will not be registered in the donations system. This can be done by anyone with a PayPal account, a bank account, or debit/credit card. If you do not have any of these things because you are young, you may be able to convince your parents to make the donation for you. Additionally, if you would like to arrange alternative methods of payments (such as money order or payments sent through the mail) - send a message to fl00d3d requesting the PO Box address of the company which owns Tsunami Gaming. PayPal, however, is definitely preferred.
All "donations" are NOT tax deductible. TsuGaming.com is not a charity or non-profit organization. It is a product of a company. For this reason, all of your donations are treated as income for tax purposes.
WHAT IS YOUR MONEY USED FOR?
Every last bit is used to help pay for our expenses. Here are some of the things that we currently have to pay out of pocket for each and every month just to keep the community up and running:
- Webhosting resources
- Domain names
- Outsourced code/programming help for special projects such as NightRegulator
- Voice server resources (ie. teamspeak)
- Numerous lag-free, performance, game servers that we provide to the public for free
- Countless hours away from our loved ones/family = Priceless
OTHER INFO:
- Donations of any amount are appreciated even if you can only donate $5 every couple of months, it helps. 10 people that do this collectively contribute $50 every couple of months which can help pay for a game server.
- Any paid premium member who already has a special color on the forums may decide which of the colors to use. The default will be using whatever the highest ranking color you're eligible for is.
